Shipping policy

Shipping Coverage

We ship to all 50 US states and Washington DC. We do not currently ship to US territories (such as Puerto Rico or Guam) or to international addresses from this store.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Delivery Time

Orders are fulfilled through Amazon's fulfillment network, so your BoT Talk may arrive in Amazon packaging. Most orders arrive within 3 business days of purchase. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may take a few extra days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

If There Is a Delay

If we cannot ship within the timeframe above, we will contact you with a revised shipping date. You can accept the new date or cancel your order for a full refund, no questions asked.

Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, email us at support@bot.app within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
